HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

We offer $20 flat-rate domestic shipping via FedEx 2Day. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within two business days.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

At this time, all Starfish Mrkt sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

Please email info@starfishmrkt.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
